NextDecade LLC, a development and management company of LNG projects, has announced the appointment of Krysta De Lima as General Counsel and Alfonso Puga as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
De Lima will be responsible for all of NextDecade’s legal affairs, including negotiating and drafting agreements for major business transactions, developing legal strategies and providing legal advice to company management. Puga’s responsibilities will include planning, preparing and executing the company’s marketing initiatives, as well as conducting valuable market research to facilitate company growth.
