Dynagas LNG’s underwriters exercise option

In connection with its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4 800 000 common units representing limited partner interests at US$ 22.79 per common unit, Dynagas LNG Partners LP has announced that the underwriters have exercised in full the option granted to them to purchase an additional 720 000 common units on the same terms on which the 4 800 000 common units were sold to the underwriters.

Dynagas LNG Partners has entered into an agreement to purchase the Arctic Aurora, a 2013 built ice class LNG carrier, from Dynagas Holding.
