The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has authorised Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC and Sabine Pass LNG L.P. to introduce feed gas and refrigerants in certain areas related to the commissioning of Train 2 at the Sabine Pass export facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, US.
The approval was granted based on FERC staff inspections and review of filed information on 6 April and 15 April 2016.
The approval does not authorise the introduction of natural gas or process fluids into the areas not identified in the Sabine Pass request.
