Klaipedos Nafta concludes agreement with Hoegh LNG
Klaipedos Nafta has concluded an agreement on assignment of claim rights and a maximum pledge agreement with Hoegh LNG Klaipeda.
The agreement is in accordance with the decision made by the board, dated 19 September 2014, and approved by general meeting of shareholders on 15 October 2014.
The agreement will secure obligations of Klaipedos Nafta to Hoegh LNG Klaipeda, under a time charter party agreement signed in 2012, for the lease of an FSRU, as well as related maintenance and operation services.
